Roadtech Paving’s story starts long before the company name ever appeared on a truck. Owner Randy grew up in the paving business, working side-by-side with his dad, who started paving in 1963. Randy didn’t enter the industry from behind a desk—he started with a shovel in his hands, learning what it takes to build a proper asphalt surface from the ground up.
